Specialist School Staff
We effectively make full use of all members of the classroom team to support pupils in active learning and development. All our staff receive training and support from therapists to gain a deeper understanding of the support they are providing through regular training and shadowing sessions.
Woodlands actively invests in the development of our good practice in therapeutic areas by releasing a number of specialist teaching assistants each week to work with staff and pupils across the whole school to improve our provision and enable pupils to better develop.
