Do you want to do something to improve your health and wellbeing?
This programme provides information about simple steps that parent carers can take every day to improve their health and wellbeing.
Group sessions will be held at Woodlands School on Thursdays 10am to 2pm from 24th January to 7th march 2019 (excluding half term).
