We are delighted to announce that we have been re-accredited with the International School Award. Assessors deemed that Woodlands school had “a spread of activities across the academic year including at least three with very well established partner schools in China and Ghana, and seven senior pupils went on a PGL adventure holiday in the Ardèche where they will have experienced a modern foreign language… Directly relevant here is the way in which the Global Citizenship Policy underpins аn exciting international programme of classroom and other events, which appear to be enjoyed by staff and pupils alike. The assessor particularly enjoyed reading about the Arts Week with its Scandinavian emphasis. Overall, Woodlands pupils and their dynamic staff are to be congratulated and praised both for achieving the Award and, even more importantly, for taking responsibility for the future of the planet and mankind through their vision of what is right.
